My first year at Perez Elem. was 2004-2005, I have been with the district since then. I have been teaching  P-K  for the last 4 years.

Before moving to Laredo I worked for District 60 in the State of Illinois. I worked in this district for 11 years as a teacher, and 2 as a teacher aide. I worked as a second-year teacher for 9 years and 2 as a kindergarten teacher.

I have been married for the last 39 years and have 4 children, 2 of them graduated from United High School and my little one is currently attending the same school at grade 10^th. I’m a grandmother of 2. One already graduated from United HS and the second is attending the same grade as my daughter.

My family is a dog lover! We have 2. One is a male with the name of Marshal and the other is a female with the name of Lily.

What I like to do the most is read and travel as much as I can!
